Our Story
Three generations. One handshake.
Earl Northridge started this company with a borrowed pickup, a framing hammer, and a promise: if it has our name on it, it'll outlive us. Almost fifty years later, his grandkids still live by that promise — and so do the crews who frame, raise, and finish every Northridge building.
We design in-house, we build in-house, and we don't hand your project off to a stranger. From your first phone call to the final walkthrough, you'll talk to the same family that signs the warranty.
Timeline
Almost five decades of buildings.
- 1978
Earl Northridge frames his first 40×60 dairy barn outside Cedar Falls.
- 1992
Second generation joins. Operations expand to four Midwest states.
- 2006
In-house engineering department opens — every plan now stamped by staff PEs.
- 2018
10,000th building delivered. 50-year structural warranty introduced.
- Today
Three generations, 60+ employees, and 18 states served from two plants.
